Welcome Inn - Milledgeville

NOPE!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! We didn't book a room for Hippie Fest (big mistake) so yeah we were desperate. This room was deplorable, it reeked of weed and stale cigarettes, the door was literally held together with metal screws,it was dark and dengy, the comforters smelled musty and the carpet was gross,cracks in the bathroom walls,broken toilet seat,broken hairdryer, stained yellow shower stall. Tv half worked,microwave was dying. No coffee maker in the room,so we went to the lobby for coffee and we were told to go to a gas station if we wanted coffee because they don't provide it. Don't stay here, book at a good place like we should've done.

We came because we needed a hot shower after the hurricane destroyed our community (C.S.R.A.) Ga/S.C. The hotel needs to be updated especially the door. But it met our needs. The best things was the wall a/c unit that you can adjust the temp. Great location across from Walmart and IHOP. All you need close by.

Reasonable priced hotel. Clean linens, nice house keeping. Not very noisy. Water pressure could be better but the AC is spot on, love how cold it got the room. Manager/owner is nice and they worked with us since we work night shift and we haven't been bothered for the 3 weeks that we have been in town.

Undoubtedly the most beautiful rooms for the pricing. My boyfriend told me how much he paid and my heart sank. No way you'd imagine staying somewhere this nice for that price. House keeping are always so nice. I have a 14 year old with ADHD so I don't care for anyone in our room as it's small enough so they do what they have to do and their out. They completely sympathize with my situation. Anyone looking for a room, I highly recommend you try America's Best Value Inn. No matter what you're past experiences are with any other America's Best are. Give this one a try!!! They will set a whole new standard for you!!

For the money, our stay last night was wonderful. Clean rooms, pretty comfortable bed, and amenities in place. I've seen reviews where some have stated a bug infestation and as far as our stay in room 208, there were absolutely no signs of any bugs whatsoever. So I don't think the previous bug allegations are accurate. While we only stayed one night, and it was great, my only complaint is there was only one towel in the room. I'm sure the front desk would have sent more if we asked, but it was pushing 2:00am, and we made it work. Overall, pretty decent hotel. Would stay again.

Andy Patel is the nicest manager of any hotel I have ever stayed at. He runs this place like a well oiled machine. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy and great coffee and waffles in the morning. For a cost effective hotel, this is the place to stay. Our crew has been here for the past 3 weeks on and off and everything we have asked for we have gotten. We had an incident where we needed to change to a different room (at 3am) and Andy immediately switched the room for us. Highly recommendable!

I highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling through Milledgeville GA or in my case, just need some alone time, rest or somewhere to work on school projects or maybe even job related paperwork. The hotel is in a great location, great price and very friendly staff. The Manager, Mr. Patel is always generous and kind. I've seen first hand his beautiful wife and children watering the flowers here. The rooms are nice, beds are clean and comfortable. Most importantly, I feel safe here. There is a few hotels in the area with comparable prices but I can assure you, you will not feel comfortable staying in those places. During the summer months, I've came here to get away and enjoy the pool. It's always nice and clean. Hope this recommendation helps!

We stayed just overnight after a impromptu day trip that went longer than expected. Room was very clean and affordable. Water pressure was great. Only down fall is we had a non-smoking room, but the room beside us was smoking so when they smoked you could smell it in our room.
